Designed for the people using it
Dance studios have a lot to communicate. Programs, ages, levels, faculty, schedules, registration, competitive opportunities, performances, and studio information can quickly create a complicated website.
The challenge is organizing all of that information without making families work to find what they need.
Why it matters
Someone visiting a studio website may know almost nothing about dance. They shouldn't need to understand terminology, program structures, or training pathways before they can figure out where their child belongs.
A strong studio website anticipates those questions. We approach each page from the visitor's perspective, considering what they need to know, what could cause confusion, and how the experience can guide them forward.

Caulfield School of Dance
Port Moody, British Columbia
Marketing Movez began working on Caulfield School of Dance's new website in September 2025. What started as a website redesign grew into a broader look at how Caulfield organizes its information, presents its programs and faculty, and guides families through the site.
Working closely with Caulfield's studio director, we developed the design while making recommendations around organization, navigation, and user experience throughout the process.

Designed for every screen
A website shouldn't simply shrink when someone opens it on their phone.
Caulfield's website was reviewed across desktop, tablet, and mobile, with layouts, imagery, typography, and navigation adjusted for each format. The experience stays familiar without treating every screen the same.
One video. Multiple uses.
The video created for Caulfield's homepage was designed to live beyond the website.
Website - Homepage video banner
Recital - Opening video for the 2025–26 year-end recital
Social Media - Content for Caulfield's social channels
One piece of content could welcome families online, open the studio's year-end recital, and continue its life on social media.
Built with WordPress
Flexible layouts
Pages can evolve as programs and studio needs change.
Responsive design
Layouts can be customized across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Easy to expand
New programs, faculty, campaigns, and information can be incorporated over time.
Efficient development
Block-based design allows extensive customization without requiring every element to be coded from scratch.
Built through collaboration
The project began with an initial website blueprint and continued evolving through conversations, feedback, and revisions with Caulfield's studio director.
Plan → Design → Review → Refine
The original blueprint gave the project a starting point, while feedback from Caulfield's studio director continued shaping the design as the website developed.
Beyond the original scope
When the project required Caulfield's website to move to a new hosting environment, Marketing Movez also supported the migration and technical transition leading into launch.
